How to detail underneath?
I'm interested in making my original/stock Blazer look nice, clean and stock underneath. It is nice underneath, but I want it to look as nice as the rest of it does. With that in mind, what is the best way to properly detail the under-carriage to resemble how it was when it left the factory?
Does anyone know what color the factory shocks were? Also, was the factory gas tank metal color or black? Any other tips would be great. |

You have to decide if you want it to look fresh and clean or stock from the factory. Most of the under carriage components left the factory with very little protection from the elements. They assumed that everything would last long enough and didn't spend time or money to add much in the form of protection.
Here's what I did on my 77 Cheyenne.- |
