I'd just make sure the pinion angle is as close as possible to the way it should be and also I wouldn't cut out where the carrier bearing sits, right behind that is where I would start the back half. I would also look into redoing the bottom of the carrier bearing location so that it doesn't sit below the frame. there are pics on ifcustom.com somewhere, can't remember where but their there, under a 60-72 chevy body style truck |
