here's a very nice truck,i try very hard not to pick on others tastes.the way i look at it.it didn't come out of my wallet, let em do whatever turns em on...but i had to pass this along.you really got to wonder if ride quality with that sidewall means anything to them.my son works at a tire store and people come in all the time and spend between 5k to 10k for rims and tires then come back and say."this doesn't ride good anymore". i'll be donked

Re: well..i'll be donked
I do like the tile driveway.:D

Re: well..i'll be donked
I'd still take it

Re: well..i'll be donked
Love the truck! The wheels- not for me.
|
Re: well..i'll be donked
I'm with you on this... NICE truck- but I would rather have both the RIDE QUALITY and LOOKS.
BTW: What's a good 18" front with 20" rear set up... are there any when it comes to this combo? Thanks, Anthony |
Re: well..i'll be donked
wow, talk about curb rash by just turning too fast...
Am I seeing this right? Someone tiled their driveway?...uh, ok |
Re: well..i'll be donked
they still could have had them same size wheels and put a nice size tire on it... those little tires are nasty looking
|
Re: well..i'll be donked
id drive it on the brakes before i drove it with those nasty rims.
|
Re: well..i'll be donked
what tire is that cause damnnnnn
|
Re: well..i'll be donked
Hell, nascar tire liners are taller than that!!! Why would anyone do that to such a nice truck??
|
Re: well..i'll be donked
I'd take it....sell those ugly rims and tires, buy a nice 5-7 for it, with some 17" torque thrusts....and still have plenty of money left over.

Re: well..i'll be donked
Love the driveway and the truck but trash them ugly wheels please.

Re: well..i'll be donked
Great trucks, but I just don't get the tire/rim combo. Maybe I am just too "old school". I am not knocking anyone for their taste (don't want to offend anyone), but I just don't get it.

Re: well..i'll be donked
On that first truck, do those tires hold air in them or are they all rubber? I am also old school. To me just looks too thin to have any air in them.

Re: well..i'll be donked
the brown chevy is from my block. that chevy on 28's is how we do it in the A-Town. everybody got a chevy on 22's or better. hell there a couple of f-150's chopping up the hwy on 30's. don't dis the style of rydin big. this is how we do it in the dirty south.

Anything with 30" rims, and under 1" of rubber sidewall is downright ugly :me2: I'll take my 15" wheels with 35" boggers anyday....:gi: :phat: |

Somebody put this on a truck and tell me how it rides, will you?

Lets see, no sidewall means no sidewall flex. That means a very harsh ride. If you want a harsh a ride from no sidewall and want donk rims than have you thought about wagon wheels? I am sure thoes are bigger than 30 inches.
