Seat ID plz

Can you guys help me ID the seats in my '73 Blazer? Im not familiar with that era. I was trying to decide between recovering these or just trying to sell them and buying some late model seats. I see in the LMC catalog that there is a 'low back bucket' but I have yet to see any pics so I cannot compare. I need to confirm that these are in fact stock '73 seats and are not from another year vehicle. Thanks for the help.

Well they look correct to me but I'm no expert. I'd restore and keep'em.

Those are the stock seats, low back buckets as they are often called. Here is a pic of some 73-76 low backs I got from the junkyard this fall.

Hey BB73, could it be possible that my seats are from the pre '73 Blazers? The stitching on the ones you show goes all the way up but the ones I have stop near the top like the buckets I have seen in some older Blazers and trucks. I sure would like to keep the same look with new upholstery.

They could be pre 73, but I doubt it. Here is a image from a 73 Blazer brochure, looks like yours

I am sure the covers changed from year to year, even the two seats I have have slightly different covers.
