c70 cabs vs 1/2 ton cabs

Is a 1987 c70 cab & a 87 1/2 ton cab the same? I know there are a few differences like the back glass. Are the dashes the same though?

The sheet metal may look the same but pay close attention to the location of the heater core and all that goes with the heat and /or air cond system.
