Just a thought when the wife said I should paint her rock crawler pink.... there was a pink edition of our trucks correct ice pearl pink or some crap like that?????

Already Gone has a 72 long bed that is Coral/White/Coral. It's a sharp truck!

Corral Pink 67 GMC. I cant remember how its spelt. Not sure if Ice is in there either.

Here is a truck that i found in a for sale ad and he says that it is its orginal coral ice pink color.

Maybe he will come on and confirm.
I myself would have no problems with a truck like that as long it was a factory pink truck
also included a pic of pink GMC I had saved

Just down the road from me in a pasture is a 70 GMC 3/4 ton 2wd that is the coral pink with green bucket seat interior. He will not sell that thing on a bet. Can you imagine pink with green interior NASTY I just want the buckets.

I can't remember his name at the moment, but I do have this info;
The owner had to go to the G.M. archives to get the paint code. It is described as Corral Ice pink 0038, and there is only one company who still makes it.
The only thing I have been able to find on them, is it was only available in Canada, and every dealer got one, but they could order more if they so desired.

This was supposed to be a GMC thing, not a chevy thing.
His truck was all original, a cheyenne model (sierra) 350/TH5350, and even had the original hubcaps. Now it has the 502/502 with a TH350 and the rallys. IIRC he sold it 2 years ago. He was a member over at Wess' board. I wanna say dennis... i know the last name, but I won't repeat it.... (you'd be p!ssed if i gave out your last name)

now im secure in my manhood,,well when the old lady says i can be anyway..i would drive pink truck,,but only if it has one bad azzzzz motor uunder the hood..:hm:
but actually it doesnt look to bad..if i had not already found the color i want to paint mine,,i could consider this as an option....

The pic on the top is my truck and it is Coral Ice Pink and White. The pic on the bottom is the same shade of pink except it has the different two tone combo. The bottom truck was for sale last year i Alberta and the ownwer wanted lots for it claiming it came from the factory that way, I gues he'd have to have documentation of that. My truck was originally green and white but was redone by someone else and painted the pink and white then. This color was offered as a special Spring Promotion color in 1971 and I believe it was to Canada only. I have a copy of the original letter from GM stating these colors were being offerd and it has the color codes on it. I'm at work now but will scan and post a copy of the GM sheet with the pant codes on it.

The one Rod posted looks more "Coral"(like the 55 Chevy Coral).I think I would like the pink but it would "NOT" have a green interior.That color seems like it would go really well with a Charcoal or Black.That said I think it would only look good on a clean well done truck,anything worn out and trashed would just look bad in it.

that 502 powered one had original paint on it acording to the last owner i talked to... I wish i coulda seen it.
