Summit fuel pump versus holley, accel etc.?

Since I am using a late model vortec engine, I must use an electrical fuel pump. The summit brand looks almost identical to the holley pump?
Does anyone know who makes the summit pumps? Naturally, the holley costs more, but the warranty on summit and holley are 90 days each.

Thanks for your input.

i bought a summit mechanical pump , cracked the housing snugging down the fittings . it may well have been a fluke since i mongo tightened the fittings . i've never EVER had a problem with summit , but i wonder if some of their "summit" brand stuff is done on the cheap.

If it looks like a holley pump it probably is a holley pump. Most of the summit stuff is brand name...
