C20 cab verses C10 cab

I am looking into getting a cab for my 71 C20 daily driver so I could fix it and paint it off the truck then install it. My questions are: is a C10 and C20 cab different? If they are different what is different? Can a C10 cab be changed to fit a C20? I never seem to find any C20 cabs around my area but run across C10 cabs more ofter. Thanks for the help

No difference between 1/2 and 3/4 ton cabs. So just find a cab that is to your liking. There are slight differences in the year of the cabs but nothing major. The difference in different years is the firewall, ie where the fuse block mounts and where the ebrake is. But if you stay with 71 or 72 everything will transfer without any problems with no mods and look correct. Hope this helps.

Actually, there is a difference. If the the truck(either of them) had a big block originally or a 4 spd it will have a high hump floor.A smallblock v8 or I6 and the tranny was an auto it will have a low hump floor. No other difference.
