69 3/4 ton power drum brakes pro valve pic request

hey guy's i am going to be installing the correct booster on my truck..

some one along the line changed mine to a 1/2 ton model.

i need a picture of the pro valve and line connections of a 69 c20 so i can do this right one time..

here's a few pictures...i will be installing a Bendix (cardone) REBUILT BOOSTER

i have got the correct brackets after many moon's of searching..

the 1/2 ton booster has a longer shaft sticking out the back than the 3/4 ton does. i just want to see the line connections and provalve used.

THIS WILL CONVERT from a single diaphragm to a double diaphragm

I dont think there is any diff between power and non power. That block basicly splits the front and rear and houses the warning light switch. The four wheel drum brakes do not use a proportioning valve. I think thats how it works. Even the disc trucks use the same prop valve between 1/2 and 3/4 ton. They are just plumbed different. If yours looks like GMCBubba you should be good to go.

my 70 k20 has a prop valve and so does my 66 mustang so yes drum/drum systems do need a valve. the one in gmcbubba's photo looks just like the one on my 1970 k20

the valve and the way the lines are hooked up. :)
i ordered the booster last friday should be here soon, i just want to be ready.

i am hoping i don't have to swap lines from front to rear on the master cyl.

got the booster today...i am good to go. no need to reverse the lines. my master cyl will fit right on the new booster. thanks for the help guys. i will post pictures when it's installed for a FYI..:metal:

I HAVE NO CLUE  why someone would have installed a 1/2 ton booster on my truck single diaphragm. this new one is a dual diaphragm

what is that you have installed just south of the proportioning block in the brake line?

looks like a nice, easy swap. will it be that easy to just add power brakes to my manual set-up?
