Re: die-cast
i have a hot wheels truck from the 80s says hot wheel. But i havent seen on like that in years. id say try and hobby store or go through the toy section anywhere hotwheels or matchmoxes are sold.

Re: die-cast
Lots of luck, I searched for a couple days looking for a long box plastic model and came up short. I checked all the big time model makers and found they never made one. Just the short or short step-side. :whine:

Re: die-cast
Walmart usually has some. And if I could access Photobucket from work, I'd post some pics...

Re: die-cast
Wal-mart has a swb 4x4 stepside model (Hot Trucks brand models) with lift kit that looks pretty good.

Re: die-cast
I just bought the '84 short bed 4x4 model at Walmart last week. It has "HOt Trucks" on the label, but the brand is AMT. You can get it online at hobbylinc.com. I bought it so I could paint it like I am envisioning my '85 to make sure of what I want.
