White bench seat cover
 

Okay...y'all can pile on all you want, but I'm thinking of putting a white seat cover in the ol' '67. Does anyone have one in their ride, and is it a witch to keep clean? The truck is gonna be restored by hubby and son for son when he turns 16 (in 2 1/2 years). It'll hopefully be a nice daily driver 'til he can sink more $$ into it after he's out of my hair and house! :lol:

The truck is light green original, but I've been trying to talk hubby into changing to vermillion. Think the white seat/door panels will look good with vermillion? I know, I know...it's my decision in the end, but I value the opinions of the fine folks who frequent this forum!! :crazy:

Why don't you let your son choose? If he's the one that's going to be driving it. His is the only opinion that matters. (that's my opinioin anyway, lol)

Actually, he's the one wanting the white seat. He's a huge University of Alabama fan and their colors are crimson and white. :ww:
So we were discussing the paint scheme of vermillion and white. I showed him some options from Rick's and he's psyched. Anyone have pictures? Suggestions? Chocolate?

I love white interior. It will show dirt more, but if it's vinyl, it will clean easily. I say go for it.

I have a white vinyl seat in my 71. At first I put a cover over it. The cover wouldn't stay on right so I removed it. HOLY COW was it ever dirty. It took me a couple of hours just to clean the seat. After that I clean it maybe every other week. I was my daily driver and it wasn't hard at all to keep clean.

white seat covers are great for parents tracking thier kids activites shows off beer and lovemakin stains quite well:lol:

I think all of us Alabamians and Georgiaians and flordians need to get together and have a get together with our trucks:)
