Will 2WD Headers Work On 4WD?

I have a pair of headers from my '79 C20 that I'm parting out. It's 2 wd. Anybody know if they will fit (alteration OK), on my 87 K3500 that is 4WD?

This is a small block truck.

I believe the driveshaft is the main conflict...might take a tape measure and see...

It worked out fine with my truck's old headers, but there are no guarantees
