Needing Control Arm

My '89 3500 (1 ton dually and the OLD body style, 73-87, since it's a one ton ) needs a lower control arm, or a-frame, driver side. Anybody know if one from a 86 3/4 ton will interchange? If not, does anybody have an extra?
