I have seen this thread on the 67 to 72's and the 88 to 98's and was wondering if anyone on here has one? I think it is really cool to see orginal owner trucks. ofcourse my truck is 4 years older then me:crazy:

I'm the Original owner of my 83 Silverado that is still my Daily Driver with 198,161 miles. Drove the truck off the the lot of Merle Stone Chevrolet in Tulare,Ca. June 1983, hope to get some pics soon.:metal:

Yeah,

I bought an '85 STEPPER New and she got killed in an accident in Jan of '87 and so i ordered my '87 STEPPER as soon as i got out of the hospital and i took delivery of her in Jun of '87.

It's hard to belive we'v been togeather for 20 yr's now:metal:

Old man bought it new in April of '80, and it has been titled in his name ever since. Up until he surrendered the plates a few weeks ago, it even had the original plate on it. Even when it was "mine" it was still his truck, as it is still his now that we're trying to sell it.

We're the 3rd owners of the brown truck IIRC.

wow that is just a said story clifsta. IT would have been cool to see you bring her back to life. Atleast you dad got some use out of her as did you.

87 stepper yours must have been one of the last 1/2 tons It looks great
