Don't know if this belongs here but ,,,,,,Just received a "FINAL WARRANTY NOTICE" post card from Automotive Warranty Advisors. Only one problem here,,,,,,, The only automobile I own is my '72 ,,,,Ya think they would give me an extended warranty on that !!!! Only thing I can figure out is I was approved for an auto loan from a credit card company online a couple of months ago. I never bought a new vehichle. ,,,,,That unnamed credit card company has probably sold my info to Automotive Warranty Advisors !!!!

Just wanted to warn everybody as they are sure to try this scam with anyone getting a pre-approved car loan online.

They'll give you taht warranty....depends on how much you want to pay for it though :lol: I got one of those a few years ago on a later model vehicle that had over 100,000 miles on it. Called them to see what it was about and they were willing to sell me a warranty. They wanted more for the warranty than the vehicle was worth

I think those are just bulk mailings. Get crap like that all the time.
