700r4?????

Can some one tell me how to decode the tag on a 700r4. there is a paper tag stuck to the top of trans. it has a bar code and a couple other sets of #'s on it. It is out of a 1992 Buick road master wagon with elc. speedo is there some thing to convert to a mac. speedo. thanks for the time and info!

i have a 71' blazer 2WD with a 700 R4 had the electronic speedo cable I replace it with an old Mech. cable non-elect. it works perfect.
