Upgrading rear end

How difficult would it be to convert my stock 69 c/10 rear end to a posi? How expensive?

Going through that myself. Take a look at this thread for ideas of where to get an Eaton posi...http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=231453. Also do a search on this site for "posi" and/or "eaton". You will find a lot of threads that cover this upgrade.
