OT - 70's Chevelle Exhaust Sound

Ok, I know this is tough to describe but it is sort of a hollow metallic sound and is very distinctive. I keep meaning to pull over one of these Chevelle guys to find out what that exhaust set-up consists of...I would like to get that same sound on my truck. I recall there were two mufflers on these cars or perhaps the rear can was just resonator. I am sure someone knows.

Probably Flowmaster's. They have a hollow sound.

I think they have sound samples on their website that might help.

I have a 1970 SS454 Chevelle, and it has pinched glasspacks called "turbo tubes".
I chose them because they look exactly like the 1969 Camaro and Chevelle chambered exhaust, and sound like it, too.

My 1970 396 Camaro did not sound like those SS Chevelles. I have listened to the Flowmasters and they are not quite the same...but then I have not heard them on a Chevelle so that might be it. I was still thinking they had two mufflers on each side. I guess I will just have to chase one of those down when I hear one again.
