1956 Truck Radiator Cradle

Are the extra holes in the frame there as alternate position for the cradle? Looks like all sheetmetal allows for this also?

Yes, on real V8 trucks the radiator was mounted further back and it had a different sheet metal cover.

Thanks ! thats what I thought. it is an origanal v8 truck. I'm replacing with a big block.
