suspensions

hey guys, I've seen alot of G 20 vans lately with the same ralley wheels i have. 3/4 ton with 5 lug wheels? what is different in the suspension? just springs and shocks? did the trucks come 3/4 ton with 5 lug axles?

iv only seen 3/4 ton 6 lug as for suspention I dont have a clue

The Vans are different, my inlaws have a 3/4ton with 5 lug.. I assume its just the springs..
