I have this pictured saved on my computer and would like to find out who owns this one. I would like to get some info about it.

That pic is posted in the FAQ section in a wheel/tire ride height thread. I don't remember the members name but if you check out that thread his ride height and tire/wheel size is posted there.

I've talked to him a few times before. I think he's in the Air Force. I do know a few things about the truck, so I may be able to answer your question.

I saved that picture with notes attached.
Front: Cragar SS 17x8 4.5" backspacing - tires, Nitto 255/50 (outside of tire rubs over big bumps, recommends a 245). Drop - 3" spindles + cut springs = about 5".

Rear: Cragar SS 17x9 4.5" backspacing - tires, Nitto 275/50. Drop - 5" coils + .75" blocks = 5.75".

Exhaust rerouted to outside of frame since pics, he's going .5" lower this summer.

Hey, when people disappear, you have to have notes.
