Wire on proportioning valve?

I have a 69 swb and was looking at the mc and valve this weekend. between the 2 lines going to the brakes is a wire connector. where does this get plugged to? mine has the connector but no wire to it? thanks

Re: Wire on proportioning valve?

You should have a lt brown to dark tan in color wire thats hanging loose within about 1' of where its supposed to be plugged in, this is for the brake warning light in case you lose pressure.
