Alright guys I've been wanting a decent driver quality 3/4 4x4 for several years but could"nt find one that was afordable and was'nt just beat up and rusted so awhile back i decided to take 2 trucks and make 1.probably 9or10 years ago a friend told me about a 3/4 4x4 a few miles away it was a neat truck a/c p/s p/s auto 68000 miles owned by a doctor used on his farm kinda rough but not terrible its been sitting waiting for me to restore it but i havent had the time or $$$ so a family friend had this 1972 cheyenne super 1/2 ton 2wd that his son bought new it has 85,000 original miles that he decided to sell about a year ago, that i bought so i decided to combine these 2 trucks and its not done yet im so excited here's some pictures i'll update later i hope you enjoy these pictures

Re: Woo-Hoo!!! check this out 1972 K-20 project

Man,you have just about exactly what I have:
http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b2...5/DSC00189.jpg
Mine was a C/20 CustomDeluxe CustomCamper Highlander big block and is set on an original`72 K/20 chassis that was a beat truck.First tasks were brakes,bearings,u-joints,springs,shocks,ball joints,clutch...Now it`s a mechanically sound all original paint high optioned K/20.I kinda hate to restore mine.I feel unique runnin`around my area in a classic with the "just another truck" attitude.

I have another original K/20 that`s gotten rough since`91 when it came from Califiornia:`72 K/20,CheyenneSuper CustomCamper loaded. It has high resto value, but can`t get any interest or appreciation. So,I hate to do it,but I`m thinking about doing the same with it.I could sell-off the original body parts that are good for some dough to go towards a clean-bodied 2wd.
