Converting to Electronic Ignition
 

My friend has a 1953 Chevy PU with a 235ci. Still running points, but we want to convert it over to Electronic ignition. I have used the Pertronix Ignitor before, but I wanted to know if there were better options out there. Is there a way to make this conversion on a '53 and has anyone done it? Benefits? I'm looking for the best way to do this, while keeping a budget in mind. Thank you.
