WTB-rear 81-87 fleetside "sport bumper" brackets
 

trying to help a friend re-do his truck, and thought i could find some of these things locally, but i guess that was asking too much around these parts....i guess all this older stuff around here is rusted all ta hell anymore-:( .....sooooo....

i'm trying to find him some rear 81-87 "blazer style" or what some call "sport bumper" brackets

actually, i never have found any, and neither has he:(

the brackets from the blazers and suburbans are different than the ones they put factory on the trucks...the bumper itself is the same though, as well as the license plate holder:rolleyes:

yeah, i thought about getting new GM..i found an old post from two years ago where you and crossy were discussing the prices

whats the cost of the sport bumper conversion nowadays:confused: ? new from you now that is?? i know you need the brackets, the license plate bracket/bolts, fender bolts..i may be forgetting something, i havent done this for over a year now:rolleyes:

Not sure why I missed this.... but this should get you want you want minus the "shields"

81-91 bumper = 126.95
brackets (4) = 169.95
License bracket = 24.95

What are the shields?

Is that $169 for all four, or each???

So say a guy has just pulled a rear bumper and all the brackets from a Suburban ('88 in this case). Does he just need the outer brackets or all four brackets?
What else would be needed?

There were splash shields that went on these from the factory, simular to the ones on your suburban.

That is for all 4 brackets.

The 4 listed is for a pickup, Burbs have the same outers, I think yours would have a set of inners, but it is late and I don't remember, but I can get them also.

Seperately they are $40.95 for the inners apiece and 47.95 apiece for the outers. You would have to call if you wanted them seperately, or shoot me an email. I could split them up inners/vs outters on the catalog, but 90% of the people want them all, so I discount them as a set.
