cheapest steering box?
 

looking to pick up a new/rebuilt power steering box for my truck.

i saw chevy duty has them for $250 with the core charge, anywhere else any cheaper or higher quality?

mine seems to be leaking a lot:blah:

my local NAPA has good ones i had to do mine once on the 86

I would check all of the local parts stores. On so much of this stuff, they all carry the same brand. If everything else is the same, go with the cheapest. If they all cost the same, go with the store that treats you best or the one with the best warranty.

I think someone offers an aftermarket box with a better ratio. AGR or something like that. I think swervin had one. You might check with him.

Been meaning to do this to mine too. Cheapest I found so far (non-ebay) was right at $150 from Advance. That's also not counting core charge.
