Got tired of looking at the beat up gauge cluster , so I decide to pull it out and give it a fresh coat of paint and a good cleaning !!!

Looks good! That's what I did to mine since the chrome-esque stuff around the outside was all scratched off.

How do you get those out....I see the perimeter screws, is that all the is that hold it in. And it looks like I got to get the knobs off some how.

Yep get knobs off, undo chrome surrounds at knobs , perimeter screws , gasket bracket at steering column then reach up under and undo speedo cable... then when you get it out a couple of inches , reach in and unplug wiring harness....

If it has gauges you'll have to undo the oil gauge pressure line with a 5/16" wrench too.
