Gas hole filler panel
 

Hi guys, i manufacture shaved panels for the 67-72 gm trucks and i get request for a shaved gas hole panel for the 55-59 trucks.My question is, are the hole diameters the same from 55-59?

the cabs are the same from 55-59 in all ways it seems.

Wil do JIMBO59. Im going to need a few volunteers with a 55 -59 cab so we can verify fit on all the years after i make a few prototypes.

I have a 56 that needs one and can check fitment if you like.
Only difference between the 55' second series-57 and the 58-59 is the firewall. I know the hood hinges changed. Not sure about the rest of the firewall.

That is one of the next tasks on my 59 too. I'll even pay postage!! PM me for a mailing address. I can document the whole install with photos.

I'll be glad to accept the challenge too. I have a 55 Chevy 3/4 ton 3600 that I am just starting to restore now.
