Re: 1960 Questions
I put a 83 Blazer tank in my 62, had to make some mounting brackets and a filler neck, and it turned out pretty good...

Another thing to watchout for is if you have leaf or coil springs. I have a 65 and had to do a little mod to my aluminum tank. I replaced the crossmember in front of tank with channel iron and added one behind the tank to help prevent the Ford Pinto Flambe' syndrome.

Re: 1960 Questions
Just curious, why do you want to get rid of the hydraulic clutch?
|
Re: 1960 Questions
Kid, I was thinking of getting rid of the hydraulic clutch becuse the master cylinder on the 60 controls both the clutch and brakes.
But I ordered a willwood clutch master today . Hewlett200200, baddawg65, lafnatu ,and 62chevystep thanks for the tips !!! |
