400 trans w/electric kickdown problem

Hey guys have had kickdown problems with my trans to come to realize its an electric kickdown. Im running a built 350 motor w/A 400 trans. What do you guys recomend for a switch location, under the pedal or by the carb. I would appreciate any info or advice:metal:

I liked the carb, when I had my Corvette, easer to work on, used a smaller micro switch and a reley.
