I Would Like To Buy A Chevy 400 Small Block, If Anyone Has One Please Let Me Know. Block Needs To Be In Excellent Condition With No Cracks Or Sleeves. Want The Block Only.

Sorry, I dont' have a 400sbc to sell. But I do have one in my '70 C-10 & love it. :) Very nice torque.

My son has for sale a brand new 400 Chevy bare 2 bolt main block. He intended to put it in his Camaro but plans have changed. This was machined 30 over by GM, line honed (torque plate), new cam bearings, brass freeze out plugs, honed lifter bores, etc. He is asking $750. Any questions please let me know.

If you are looking for a 400 block. The one that has the 509 casting is the best 400 as the 511 4 bolt main block is the one that is subject to heating problems.
