73-87 Disc brakes on my 3/4 ton
 

Where do I get the tie rod sleeves to adapt the later out tie rods to my early inner tie rods? I am hoping to add discs to my 67 3/4 ton. Planning on just grabbing the whole knee assy. from a junk yard truck and I know where to get everything but the adaptive tie rod sleeves. Thx in advance.
