My truck barely blows any air out the vents on high and I was wandering if any of u guys have done any swaps from later model trucks or anything to improve the air flow

If you have a perfectly functioning A/C blower that will kick up to high speed, the ducts are the next place to look. The foam that seals the ducts to the vents deteriorates over time and you loose pressure there. Also, ducts can come loose or be completely missing I've found. My 77 was missing the flexible duct that goes to the passenger side vent which hurt the air flow pretty badly. I was surprised that it was gone since the truck was actually taken care of very well.
I know theres a whole mess of other things that can cause these A/C systems to not work their best, like vacuum actuators, stuck cables, etc. |

You may also check your flapper door on the heater box. There's a plastic clip in there that breaks.. which contributes to loss of air flow.
