Re: WTB swb drive shaft TX
im not really sure, when i bought the truck the po said that the original drive shaft was in the bed. but its way to short, and dosent sit in the rearend yoke right. so i have nothing to go by. anyway to tell if the truck is set up for a 1 or 2 peice?

If it was a original 2 pc set up it has a carrier bearing support at the middle cross member "arrow is pointing to".
If it was a one pc drive shaft, no bearing support. It probably came with 6 cyl and a manual trans as shown in photo. |

Re: WTB swb drive shaft TX
If you can find one too long my guy will shorten and balance for $50. His name is Cheney @ Stan Hopkins Driveline and Gears he is off C F hawn Frwy
in Dallas same as 175. If he has to make a brand new one it is $150.00. Oh yeah his number is 214-398-0636. |
