still need to sand down the holes a bit more to make it perfect. also cant do the 2 large holes until i get my speedo and tach so i can test fit before cutting.

dunno yet. probably with a combination of an epoxy solution and hot glue, along with wire like mike used possibly

I've always wondered why all of Autometer's 5 inch tachs are 10,000 RPM. You can get a 8,000 RPM monster tach in Autogage, but not Autometer.

I know in Mike's application the speed control wouldn't work with the mechanical speedo. Is the elec speedo compatible with our trucks?

i dont have cruise anymore so it doesnt matter to me.

Looking real good. 1 question thow, I'm thinking of doing the same thing. Anything special you need to do to change the speedometer?

sorta

if you get a mechanical speedo you just have to buy a new threaded speedo cable.

if you convert to electric like mine, you have to buy an expensive sender that goes in place of the cable.
