looks good so far. Not sure if your finished but I would box the frame right behind where the rear notch starts and also at the z where the rad. support is.

That's why I asked... I don't want any "helpful input" to be taken in the wrong way.

Is the rear section completed? If not, what more will be done to strengthen it?

If your gonna take some advise from anyone nate would be the guy to take it from. I am sure you posted these pics knowing that some would offer some advise to keep you safe. Btw where did you get the fools gold name?

brandonh 09-10-2007 07:16 PM

Re: Project "FOOLS GOLD"

ya i agree i know i dont mind people giving me advise just not dogging my work i will take everybodys advice, I really appreciate it all, the name Fools Gold is the trucks name, because like a piece of fools gold, the truck is going to look like its worth alot but its going to be a low budget deal so to make a long story short looks like it worth a bunch but its just another old truck sorry if that was really long

Re: Project "FOOLS GOLD"

i thought about it but its going to have to be a huge mount to make it not move and i really hate to weld a ugly bracket to them dont know yet the way im going to do it over axle is going to work really good

Re: Project "FOOLS GOLD"

I dont have all the answers, but I agree with Porter that you should rethink the rear..

i'm a big fan of this dude's set up:

you could take yours more in this direction and know that it's done, right!

:but: it is low though :cong:
