First year of the Longhorn?

What was the Longhorn's first year,1967? Or 1968? Or does it predate the first generation?

Chevrolet Truck redbook shows data for a 1968 longhorn (1902 made that year). It has a listing for 67 longhorn, but then shows no data...

march of 68.
1902 3/4 tons were built, and 213 one tons
