carberator is a quadrajet for pictures well here a 2 wheel drive just think of it at being taller

Probably the computer controlled Q jet thats a pos if not set up and working right.

I forget what its called. But there is a solenoid for fuel enrichment when cold. It shouldn't have tps (throttle position sensor) in the carb. Maybe a California emissions might.

I have two 1986 GMC's in my driveway. They are both 1500's (K10) though.
