ZZ4 turning over!! Serpetine belt wiring help needed

I need some serious help. My ZZ4 is ready to start up. We can crank it but the wiring is messed up. What color wire goes to the small terminal on the starter? Purple right? Does it connect to the S or R side?

What wire goes to the alternator? From where on the fire wall? I don't have power to anything. Lights, ignition, internal light. How many red wires go the starter? Do they all go do the big connection? I just need the wiring so I can start it up. The wiring harness was cut during removal of the 305. I have no idea where some wires go. :whine:

Who wants to bring their truck over so I can trace some wiring????

I can smell fuel after we turned the motor to prime the oil system. So it's ready to fire up!!

Purple to S (for start) terminal on the starter. One of the big lugs is connected to the motor itself (probably a solid bus bar) and the other terminal goes to battery + and to the large red wire that goes to the fuse box (and ignition switch from there...).

The alternator charge wire will also be a 10 gage or so red wire and splice into wires that end up going to battery +.

ElCracho,
Thanks for the info. There is a 10 guage red wire with a little eye connection at the end. The eye is small enought to fit on the starter bolts. Do you know where that wires goes? The wire leads up to the fusable link on the fire wall. The link splits into one of the bulk heads.
