Factory Tach & HEI ?

Will they work together?
Can you just hook up the tach to the tach lead on the HEI cap?

Does it just work or does it work/read correctly?

Any cures to make the factory tach happy with an HEI system?

I owned my 71 for 8 years now.
It has a factory Tach and the HEI was in it when I bought it.

No problems for me.

It's been installed in the blazer for years now, I've just never hooked it up. :crazy:
Brand new...never used.

Will do it today and post the results.
