wiw 69 short step bed only
 

I may be getting my hands on a 69 short stepside bed in the next few days as part of a trade. My only issue is I don't need a short step bed (although I am getting a couple other things with it)

I know there is a little wave in one of the fenders, a moderate rust hole in the bottom of one of the fenders(about 2"x4" someone filled with bondo), the steps are clean as are the bed sides and the front panel is good, the tailgate has a slight bow in it(very slight), the supports need to be cleaned up but I believe they are in good shape, the wood is gone and the strips that hold the wood in are rusted but it didn't look like they were rusted through or anything.


I know it's hard to say without seeing it but what do you guys think.


I'll get a hold of my buddy tomarrow and see if can get some pics of it. He has it disassembled in his storage unit, so I think I can get some good pics of everything inside and out.

If it's Good i Would say in the $ 400. to $ 600. Range, Maybe More.........

Really all Depend's on the Market in your Area, I Think 70rs/ss just paid $ 400.00 for a Bed in Close Range to your DEscription for the Stepper he's Building for Me.............

I may be interested in it. I have a friend in Denver that can pick it up. I would like to see pictures or I might be able to have friend come look at it. But also depends on price.

I picked one up in Dallas a couple of years ago that had a not so good wood floor but everything else was in excellent shape for $250.
