Grill Color
 

So I'm puttering around my 1971 C-10 on Sunday- thinking of things to do. I notice that my grill is looking a bit shabby and could use a new coat of color.

It occurs to me- I don;t know what color was stock in 1971. I assumed it was silver, but then a see a bit of dark paint on the bottom that share a boundary with the headlight bezel.

Anyone have a picture of what it is supposed to look like? Also- any tips on what paint/prep i should do to spray over the plastic grill?
