dropped crossmember

i've been out of the scene for a bit and gonna get back in...point me to pics and/or a how to on a dropped crossmember. yes i know about search, but i'll be on my sidekick and that'll take FOREVER. i need to get this truck back on the road :metal:

Which kind? The one you purchase all the parts (Drop Member) or the one where you modify the existing one?
