96 Impala SS wheels on 73-87 trucks
 

Im going page by page on one of the picture threads and i cant find any (except for a fuzzy white one from 20 ft away).
if you have these on your truck or have pictures could you post them. ive seen some in person years ago after i sold my 1st 87, and now that i have a 2nd 87, i think i want those wheels.

17" fit pretty good with a 60 series tires, and i like 5 spoke designs.. so we have a candidate.

il be dammed, it wasnt white, but thats the picture i saw in the 27pg thread (which i just got done doing)

I had a set on mine for a while, then a few other guys around here bought them after seeing them on my truck. So I sold mine and put the ralleye's back on mine.

For some reason I like those better without the center caps on these trucks.

It's not hard to charge the Impala logo out for something else if you like the raised style cap. OR, there is a smooth faced cap with a Chevy bowtie logo on it that fits this wheel.

I think the smooth cap is off of a 98-up (or so) S-10 with the ZQ8 suspension.

Here's a few shots of my '87 with them i didn't like the look and it sat wayyyyyy! too high with a 3/4 drop i aslo didn't like how it handled with them either.

Thats JMO.

There BFG 255/50ZR17 thats the same tire that the SS Impala came with.
