After Market Hydroboost
http://www.classicperform.com/NewPro...HydroBoost.htmAnybody running an aftermarket hydroboost system. I like the smaller design of hydroboost because it doesnt take up so much engine compartment room. Just wondering about the quality and performance if you are using one.

Re: After Market Hydroboost
We sell the same kit, and they are Hydratech units. The manufacture the billet plate to install on the old cars and trucks, use new GM units. Work great and fairly simple install. We sell for the same price.

Re: After Market Hydroboost
I'm using a stock hydro setup out of a 1989 1 ton in my 69 K20 and really like it.

Re: After Market Hydroboost
You can sure save some cabbage finding a GM unit which is all that is. Lots of P30 cube vans and C-30 1 tons came with those in 70's and 80's on some 350's and 454's and all the 6.2/6.5 diesel trucks.

Re: After Market Hydroboost
Can you tell the difference between the stock setup and the hydroboost setup? I haven't looked into this yet but since this thread got brought up i thought i would ask. I will be running some high perfromance brake system. Thanks Josh

Re: After Market Hydroboost
I could tell a huge difference, but I went from manual to hydro so that is to be expected.
