Anyone know where I can get this?
 

Hey Guys,
I need some help! My truck is lowered with 2.5 drop spindles with has a 4/6 drop. It looks awesome but the problem is that the alignment is terrible. My friend owns a shop and says he can straighten it all out if I can get some upper control arm mounting bolts that are a inch and a half longer so he can fabricate a spacer and out a couple more shims. I have looked everywhere so if there is not one person on this site that makes them or knows where to get them they don't exist! Also, I don't want to hear the bull crap of "raise it up" because it's not going to happen. Here's a pic of the truck ;)

There is something wrong there then. If you have a drop spindle, then you only have a 1.5 inch drop spring. If you can't get the camber adjusted by the stock length bolts, something has sagged or control arms are bent.

My current truck has a spindle and a three inch drop front spring and I still had enough length on the bolts to shim the camber out.

I've lowered a whole bunch of these trucks, and never had to add as many shims as you're needing.

Worst case, get the Moog offset upper control arm shaft kits. That will give you a few degrees of adjustment without resorting to that thick of shim pack. Any chain parts store can get them.

Hum.. are you sure nothing is bent or did someone cut the bolts down? I have the same drop with no shims (mine isn't aligned from when I installed everything, but it's not drivable either) but the wheel sits fine now. I think you need to check under there a little further because this doesn't sound right.

:agree: from what I've read in other posts, a 4/6 drop shouldn't cause any problems when going to get it realigned.

Make sure something isn't bent or broke.

:agree: with the others. Something is wrong. I can even see in your pic that the wheel looks angled in a lot....

:agree: that's what I thought when I looked at the pics, but thought it might just be the way it was taken.

Could the spindle be bent?

Call Early Classic Enterprises. Their tech line has been helpful to me. I have a 2.5/4 drop, and your truck has more than that. If my guess is correct, yours is lowered by at least 3.5 in front and about 6-inches in the back.

When I did mine, all ball joints, all control arm bushings and any other component that could be replaced, was replaced. The alignment on my truck is back to totally stock specifications.

Something else ain't kosher on your truck, in my opinion. I could be wrong, but it wouldn't be the first time.
