wiw? FEELER
I have the parts to put together a 1975 swb chevy c10. Small Block 350 or BBC,muncie(M20/M21)or borgwarner(T10/superT10) 4spd,fleetside or step side bed,89-91 front clip, black interior. It will have a clean title. What could I sell this truck for,and what options would be most popular? The truck will need paint and does NOT have any rust. Thanks

Also have 2" drop spindles, headers, cross drilled front rotors, and possibly 18" 5 spoke wheels(kinda like TT II's with a twist, bagged74 has the same ones on his '72 blazer) 8" in front,10" in rear. let me know what you think and what would be a fair price. Thanks.

Re: wiw? FEELER
I would have to post pics of all the parts this week. I will be using the cab and bed(fleetside) off my 75 k10, or a step side bed which ever a person would want. I have a 396,468,350,383,406. Aluminum heads, iron heads, bareblocks, strokercranks, aftermarket rods, pistons, parts, parts, parts. I am asking (or stating) that I can put together a project or runner for someone with a large variety of parts to choose from.

Re: wiw? FEELER
Thats a lot of variables --- obviously big blocks are worth more to most people than small blocks ,
but not everyone likes the late model front end on a vintage truck (some do) With the 468 big block and the proper '75 front end, i would guess ??? --- and this is just a guess ---- 4 - 5000 $ with a 91 front end and a small block, maybe 3000 but thats a guess without photos for a reference |
Re: wiw? FEELER
I do have a '75 front clip. I just thought that most people liked the later front end.

Re: wiw? FEELER
'75 front end and a big block :metal::exit:

Re: wiw? FEELER
'75 front end > '89-'91 suburban front end

hard to say --- that newer front end definitely has its place, but if you put that 468 or 396 in it -- the earlier front end would give it a more vintage "muscle truck" look that would be in keeping with a big block 'plant. Does sound like a good project though, whichever way you go with it. |
