Let's see some pics of 73-87's rusting away in junkyards, in barns, etc. Just thought it would be neat to see some of those treasure trucks that hide out in the weeds!:lol:

texassquarebodies, how many trucks do you have?? looks like your sitting on a gold mine!

There is a local man here in Love County and I would guess that he has 60-65 square bodies out there just collecting dust, all kinds 3/4 tons, lwbs, swbs, 4x4's, etc . He also has a 69 396 ss chevelle, several model A's, 2 2door galexy (sp?) 500's, and a couple of a-body cutlasses. Ill see if i can get some pics

I remember getting lost and driving through Willis Point when I was in high school. Funny how seeing your backyard brings back memories! Nice group of trucks.

Not a junk yard but my back yard lol...... The only thing here that isn't mine is the 93 Eldorado and a tarus wagon. Not including my 63 impala, 66 mustang, 53 anglia, 81 trans am, 96 blazer, plus prolly some more i can't remember and friends and familys houses.

ok you win you have more in ur back yeard then i do. All i have is :1957 4 door station wagon,57 belair 2 door sedan, 1973 nova hatch back, 1970 chevelle, 1972 montecarlo, 1968 and 1966 mustangs, and 2 1986 chevy pickups. and some little stuff but that what sits right now any way. wanted to see the 63 impala see if mine might have made its way some where else if you got it resently and shes green then maybe thats her.

wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and The 63 has been sittin in the same spot for like 6 years so I dout its the same one.. It is green but its not very nice.

yeah. Id sell, my dad wouldnt. Most of our 73-87 stuff is on our farm, 76 4x4, two 77 2wds, 75 k5, 73 c10, 79 c10, and probally some more i cant remember, and more cars.


The 55s in the grarge are all mint, low mileage, one owner 210 2 door posts with v8/3 speeds, never been touched, excluding the white one, wtich was a drag car, and the black one, witch was my dads tow car.

OK:confused: I would love to have all of your trucks and cars, but I do not have time to work on one. So are you just saving them to sell one day? Or do you have lot's of time to work on all of them, unlike most of us.. If so you are a lucky man!!

They are my dads hobby, he works on them when he has the time, and never really restores any of them because every nice car hes ever had has been destroyed, he had a 69 chevelle he bought brand new for a month, restored 57 chevy that his girlfriend rolled then his body man fixed and rolled, and my moms 69 GTO that a drunk driver hit, and a his 68 camaro drag car, and probally alot more.

The ones i have i fix up, his just sit around and slowly return to mother earth, and me and my older brother keep trying to pressure him to just sell about 50 so we can save some of the nicer ones and build a grarge we can work in (other two grarges have walk area, and the small one has work area, but you cant find an entire car in the grarge to work on it, so we have to wrok outside).


If i ever get him to sell, you guys will know becuase ill be posting stuff on here.
