core charge is 50.00 at most auto parts places. if you shaft is tight thats top dollar. if shaft is loose then all its worth is a core.....

They usually sell for about $40 on here or in our local yards.

235 is a totally different engine than the later 250/292 like he's talking about. Sorry...
