Alternator for a 235
 

I'm installing a Vintage Air Surefit air conditioning kit in this '56 pickup with the stock 6 cylinder 235. I was installing the compressor when I realized that the truck has a generator, not an alternator. First of all, I don't know if the generator will be able to keep up with the a/c kit. But at any rate, it doesn't fit with the new brackets where they want me to relocate it. So can you guys recommend to me an alternator that would work with the 235? Thanks, I appreciate it! Dan
